What is HpArea all about?

This site was designed as way for anybody to post health related information and share it with the rest of the world. Articles can be posted by anyone who creates an account and has the desire to share helpful information. Users of HpArea also have the ability to rate and add additional information to existing articles.

How Rating works

Users will be able to rate anything posted by other users, this includes:

  • Articles
  • Additions to articles
  • Comments

We have added rating because we strongly believe that it will help users distinguish between good and bad articles when they are trying to find information.

What does HpArea stand for anyway?

HpArea stands for Health Area, sort of, it really means Hit Points Area. When you play video games HP is commonly refered to as you Hit Points. In the video gaming world it is synonymous with health, so saying "your running low on hp" means your health bar is dropping and you need to heal. I guess the name is just the geeky side of me coming out.
